Our dedicated Training facility in Jubail ensures that our employees have the necessary capabilities and performance to keep pace with progress and developments in technology, regulations and the demands of our valuable clients.

Al-Serr instructors and consultants are internationally certified from reported institutes and independent facilities, to ensure that we are able to benefit from the knowledge that can be gained from the exposure to worldwide information and ideas.

Training at site level is also a fundamental part of our program. All operational staff are continually given site awareness, safety and procedural instruction to ensure that they are always working to the benefit of both the client, and the company.
